The Opportunity Your position is central to the sales function. You’ll be visible, trusted and relied upon, with responsibilities that span both the front and back end of the sales process, including: Supporting the Director throughout the entire sales journey Engaging buyers, managing enquiries and maintaining strong follow-up Prospecting activity and database management Assisting at open homes, inspections and client appointments Coordinating listings, marketing campaigns and sales documentation Managing contracts, compliance and CRM accuracy Keeping campaigns organised, on track and running smoothly Every task contributes directly to performance — and you’ll see the impact of your work.
